The Communication Paradox brings together the expertise of Dave Harries and Angela Jones in their shared purpose of enabling business leaders to communicate authentically. Dave and Angela support business leaders in giving up the temptation to deliver 'perfect' communications in favour of communicating authentically with employees, clients, prospects and other stakeholders. This enables a deeper sense of connection, enabling long-term relationships - based on trust, mutual respect and shared purpose - to flourish. Angela and Dave are currently writing a book for business leaders, which explores the tension between authentic and perfect communication and are charting the journey with the recording and publication of a weekly podcast, in which they, with invited guests, explore The Communication Paradox.
